Minnesota
I had a great ride today, fresh legs after the two day rest in Watertown. Since I don’t have young legs anymore, I’ll settle for fresh ones. The ride was eventful in that we entered Minnesota, our fourth state, see the pic. We are now in Dawson, Minnesota, a beautiful little town staying at the Guest House, a converted church to rooms. Note the picture of the truck loaned to us by Jay and Barb Brost. It has been great and given us comfort and shelter from the earlier heat. Thanks so much to them. Don’t forget to pledge or get pledges and plan on the party at Burpee on the 27th. I’ll be on Aaron and Andy tomorrow, 6:45. By the way, the duct tape is keeping my toe nail secure so far, I know all of you were dying to know that
